Refund Policy

General Rule
All purchases on PyStrategy are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes:
- PYT (PyStrategy Token) purchases
- Subscription fees (Free, Lab, Pro)
- Expert Advisor (EA) purchases
- Any other digital products or services
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued ONLY in the following cases:
1. Unauthorized Charges
Refunds may be granted if:
- Your account was hacked or compromised
- Purchases were made by minors without parental permission
- Fraudulent transactions occurred without your authorization
Required Evidence:
- Police report (for hacked accounts)
- Transaction details
- Timeline of unauthorized access
How to Report:
Contact support@pystrategy.com within 48 hours of discovering the unauthorized charge.
2. System Malfunction
Refunds may be granted if:
- The Platform was unavailable for 7+ consecutive days
- You purchased PYT or an EA but did not receive access due to a technical error
- A technical error resulted in duplicate charges
Required Evidence:
- Transaction ID
- Screenshots showing the error
- Timeline of service unavailability
3. Required by Law
Refunds will be issued where required by applicable law:
- EU GDPR: 14-day cooling-off period for EU residents
- California Law: Gift card refund provisions (if applicable)
- Thai Consumer Protection Law: Specific cases as mandated by law
What is NOT Refundable
The following are NEVER refundable:
❌ Changed Your Mind — You purchased PYT or an EA but no longer want it.
❌ Don't Like the EA — You purchased an EA but it doesn't meet your expectations.
❌ Accidentally Purchased — All purchases require confirmation. Accidental clicks are not refundable.
❌ Expired PYT — Purchased PYT expires 1 year from purchase date. This expiry is clearly disclosed before purchase.
❌ Currency Fluctuations (FX Risk) — Creators who withdraw Earned PYT to Thai Baht bear FX risk. PyStrategy is not responsible for exchange rate changes.
❌ Partial Subscription Periods — If you cancel your subscription mid-period, you will not receive a refund for unused days.
❌ EA Performance — We do not refund EA purchases based on trading performance. EAs are tools; use at your own risk.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above:
- Email: support@pystrategy.com
- Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Transaction ID]"
- Include:
- Your account email
- Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, police report, etc.)
Response Time: 3-5 business days
Processing Time: 7-14 business days (if approved)
Chargebacks
Important: Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting PyStrategy may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Forfeiture of all PYT and account access
- Legal action to recover costs
