Currency Policy (PYT)

What is PYT?
PYT (PyStrategy Token) is the virtual currency used on the PyStrategy platform.
- Exchange Rate: 1 PYT = 1 USD (United States Dollar)
- Purpose: Purchase Expert Advisors, run platform tools, and facilitate Creator earnings
- Nature: PYT is NOT legal tender, cryptocurrency, or real currency
Two Types of PYT
PyStrategy has two types of PYT:
💎 Purchased PYT (for Buyers)

- Each purchase creates a separate batch with its own expiration date (FIFO)
- You will receive email notifications 30 days before expiration
- Expired PYT cannot be recovered
💰 Earned PYT (for Creators)

Example: Buying an EA
You want to buy an EA for 100 PYT:
- You Pay: 100 PYT (deducted from your Purchased PYT balance)
- EA Creator Receives: 70 PYT (Earned PYT) (Assuming Creator is on Pro Plan with 70% Success Share)
- PyStrategy Retains: 30 PYT (30% Success Share)
The Creator now has 70 PYT of Earned PYT, which they can:
- Use within the platform to buy other EAs
- Withdraw to Thai Baht (THB)
Example: Withdrawing Earnings
A Creator has 1,000 PYT earned from EA sales:
- Creator Requests Withdrawal: 1,000 PYT
- PYT to USD: 1,000 PYT = $1,000 USD (fixed)
- USD to THB: Exchange rate today is $1 = ฿35.00 → $1,000 × 35 = ฿35,000
- Withdrawal Fee (2%): ฿35,000 × 0.02 = ฿700
- Net Amount Received: ฿35,000 - ฿700 = ฿34,300
- Processing Time: 7-14 business days

The USD/THB exchange rate is updated every day at 00:00 UTC from official sources (Bank of Thailand).
⚠️ Creators bear FX risk
PyStrategy is NOT responsible for currency fluctuations. The THB amount you receive depends on the exchange rate at the time of withdrawal.
⚠️ No guaranteed rate
We do not lock in exchange rates. The rate applied is the rate on the day your withdrawal is processed.

Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Sell, trade, or transfer PYT outside the Platform
- Attempt to manipulate PYT pricing or exchange rates
- Create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers
- Use automated systems to purchase PYT
- Use PYT for illegal purposes
Legal Disclaimers
PYT is NOT:
- Legal tender or fiat currency
- A cryptocurrency or blockchain asset
- A security or investment
- A bank account, digital wallet, or stored value account
- A substitute for real money
PyStrategy does NOT:
- Guarantee the value of PYT
- Provide financial or investment advice
- Act as a currency exchange service
- Offer banking or money transmission services
